New year, New Beginnings.

New year, new beginnings, anything is possible.

We have a whole fresh uninhibited, untarnished, limitless year ahead of us. A blank canvas to dream, believe and create anything we we want. How Exciting! It is never too late, we are never too old to follow our passions and desires wherever they may take us. If you follow your own passion, all the abundance, prosperity and blessings will follow. What exciting dreams and visions are you planning for the year? It is great fun to be inspired by the limitless opportunities of a New Year.

What is it that you want to add on to your life this year that will bring you joy and energy? Is it a new hobby, a new wellness plan, a new career, a new business, education, more family time? What is going to lead you closer to your purpose, passion and your most vibrantly whole being in 2022? And what is the first step? How can you make really practical change? Not those flimsy New Year’s Resolutions that have no weight, last for 5 minutes and then fly off into the ether, but real, tangible step by step change to bring you closer to the endless possibilities of your true purpose. Start by getting clear on your vision. What is the vision for your future higher self? If you were to get really clear on constructing a vision of your future self, what you would your life look like, how would you like it to feel? If you are not sure about what you want or you are not backing yourself because you don’t believe you can have it yet, ask yourself what is the feeling you would like to feel more of? It is also ok to start with what you don’t want to feel any more. What pressure, pain or discomfort do you want to remove? Get clear on those things and then figure out what the alternative is. What could you have if you chose it? Then design your vision to pull you towards that. Your choices and your reality are absolutely uniquely your own. Once you are clear on your purposeful vision, figure out what it is that you need to reach this beautiful place. You need a great connection to self. Self care, self love, unconditional self support. Self appreciation of all that you have created, all that you have endured, all that you have learned. Recognise your infiniteness. Realise that as humans we are all uniquely different and that in itself is perfection. It is our unique attributes that define us, they are our gifts. To be your most authentic self we just need to appreciate and love all those many facets of ourselves completely unconditionally and without shame. When we can do that for ourselves we can also do it for others leading us to a deeper connection and belonging. It takes bravery and courage to say “this is who I am and I am ok with it” to the whole world. The fear of rejection or not being enough can stop us from being who we really are and who we really desire to be. The fear that we are not good enough, not worthy, not deserving, not loveable (………and the list goes on), NOTHING could be further from the truth. We lovingly see so much beauty and ability in others, accepting their flaws. Yet when we turn that mirror on our selves, we do not give the person we see there the same love, compassion or recognise that those beautiful traits we see in others also exist in ourselves. Everybody has their purpose in life and everybody’s purpose is different. When you get clear on your purpose it allows you to be free, brave, courageous and authentic. So look in that mirror and start a loving dialogue with yourself. Commit to believing that you are deserving of the life that you always dreamed of and fulfilling the purpose you know is inside you. Shine your beautiful authentic self out into the universe. Focus on your own personal development and personal growth, it could be the greatest thing you ever do. Allowing yourself to shine will also allow those around you to shine too. It is infectious.

This year, grant yourself the freedom to live your life to the fullest. Start designing the life you truly wish for. Start taking an active role in your life’s vision and purpose. You alone have the power to choose what it is going to look like.
