At Seed to Soul Botanicals we hope that you will enjoy the natural goodness of your purchase; however, please shop mindfully as there is no refund available for change of mind after an order has been processed, at any time. You may seek an exchange if the item you recieve is damaged or faulty. You must notify the team at Seed to Soul Botanicals within 7 days of receiving the order and provide your name, order number and details of the defects or faults and a photo if possible. If deemed faulty by Seed to Soul Botanicals, a replacement item will be shipped where possible (subject to stock availability) or a refund will be issued.

We will process your order within 1-3 working days. Once we have packed and ordered shipping you will be updated with a tracking number.

Shipping Australia wide will be received between 2-7 days once your products have been processed. (Unfortunately with the current COVID-19 disruptions to Australia post there may be some delays, please check your tracking details before contacting us).

Shipping is free Australia wide when you purchase for over $75.
If your purchase is for less than $75 your shipping cost will be automatically added at the checkout at a standard shipping rate of $9 per order.

We do not ship internationally at this time.
