Burning Instructions:
Light the bundle from the top end or crush the leaves to be burned separately. A light flame is needed to burn the smudge stick, and the flame should be blown out almost immediately. The smoke that comes from the smudge stick is what's important, not the flame. Walk through your rooms clockwise and fan the smoke into the corners, ceiling, and floor. Feel free to open windows and doors to release excessive negative energy that may exist.
